It’s Global Lifting Awareness Day (GLAD). With the theme of ‘Lifting Careers, Building Futures’, GLAD2025 is dedicated to tackling the growing skills shortages across the Lifting Industry, promoting practical tools to attract new talent and providing a launchpad to inspire the next generation to explore careers in lifting. AMA has been working with LEEA for over seven years writing about the vital work the association has been doing in this area – among other crucial lifting related matters. It has been particularly interesting hearing recently from trainees about their ambitions for their careers in Lifting.
